In 2006, Gus Serrano Sr. built more than a business — he created a promise: trust, hard work, and treating every customer like family.

From Miner to Master Technician
Gustavo Serrano Sr. worked hard in the San Manuel mines near Tucson. When layoffs threatened, he trained at RSI. Two weeks after leaving, his replacement died in an underground accident — a moment he calls a blessing in disguise.
After years at other HVAC companies, he founded Serrano’s Heating & Cooling LLC in 2006 as a one-man honest operation focused on Tucson families.
A New Generation Continues the Legacy
Roman grew up helping his dad, learning to do it right the first time. He graduated top of his RSI classes and took leadership in 2024, blending modern tools with the same family values.
Today we’re a tight-knit team of friends and family delivering dependable comfort in Arizona’s extreme climate — treating every home like our own.
