Our certified technicians perform a comprehensive inspection and tune-up. This includes: checking refrigerant levels, cleaning evaporator and condenser coils, clearing condensate drains, inspecting electrical components, testing capacitors and contactors, checking thermostat calibration, measuring temperature drop, checking electrical usage, verifying proper airflow, testing safety controls, and providing a full system performance report. This preventive care significantly reduces the likelihood of breakdowns and improves energy efficiency.
How does multi-system discount work?
If you have multiple HVAC systems at the same property (common in larger homes with zoned systems or separate units for different floors/additions), we automatically apply discounted per-system pricing when you enroll. For example, Gold drops to as low as $229 per system when enrolling multiple units. Simply select the number of systems in the enrollment form — we’ll confirm the exact discounted rate during setup and billing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — you may cancel your membership at any time with no questions asked. If no maintenance visits or repairs have been used in the current membership year, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused portion.
Do plans transfer if I sell my home?
Yes! The remaining term of your maintenance membership transfers to the new homeowner upon sale of the property (with simple written notification to us). This adds significant value when selling your home — many real estate agents highlight our plans as a buyer perk.
