When does renewal discount apply?
Renewal discounts apply when you sign up or renew before your current membership expires. This allows you to lock in the lower renewal rate (e.g. $139 for Silver, $269 for Gold, etc.) per system.
Can I cancel?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time. However, renewal discounts and price protection benefits are only available if you maintain continuous membership. No refunds are issued for partial years.
What if I have multiple systems?
Multi-system homes receive significant per-system discounts on renewal (as low as $99–$409/system depending on tier). Pricing is calculated per additional system at the same residence — contact us for your custom quote!
